June saw the first edition of our karting competition in the Mediterranean! On 10th June, over 46 competitors had the chance to rev up their karts and race past their competitors to cross the finish line first at the Paul Ricard Karting Circuit in Castellet. Prize-giving ceremony, wine tasting and lunch were on offer to round off this wonderful day of fun in the sun. 

This early summer period also saw a return of our traditional Champagne Golf tournaments in the Bordeaux area! These two tournaments, which are well loved by our regular attendees, allowed us to spend some fun time together and both were rounded off with wine tasting of Diam-corked wines and a lunch. 

In recent weeks, a large number of clients have also been able to attend cork harvesting in Roussillon, close to Céret, and in Provence. These demonstrations, which are extremely impressive to witness, show the whole pallet of expertise required by this ancestral technique, as well as better understanding of the cork manufacturing process.
